Student Grievience Redessal Commitee (SGRC)
The Student Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted to provide an effective, transparent, and student-friendly mechanism for addressing and resolving grievances in a fair and timely manner. The Committee ensures that every student’s concern is heard and addressed with integrity, thereby fostering a positive and harmonious learning environment across the University.
Objectives
- To uphold the dignity and welfare of students by promoting a peaceful and respectful academic atmosphere through the cultivation of cordial relationships among students and between students and faculty members.
- To establish a responsive and accountable system that facilitates the prompt redressal of grievances related to academic, administrative, or other matters affecting students.
- To encourage students to express their concerns freely, responsibly, and without fear of discrimination, reprisal, or victimization.
- To nurture mutual respect, understanding, and cooperation among students, fostering a sense of community and shared responsibility within the University.
- To support students in obtaining rightful access to services, facilities, and opportunities extended by the University.
- To ensure that all grievances are resolved impartially and transparently, maintaining confidentiality and fairness throughout the redressal process.
Grievance Submission
In compliance with DO. No. F.1-13/2022 (Website) dated April 11,2023, issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi, students may submit their grievances through the online grievance redressal form available below.
