Management as a professional field is not just about the administering of an organisation, a business or any working body, it is the art of doing so with maximum efficiency and ease and, at the same time, dispensing minimum resources to do so.
We are in such an age of globalisation, where not only are the number of businesses increasing (especially with the culture of start-ups in our country) but also, at the same time, resources (at disposal) are depleting and people are personally getting lost in the world of social media. So, not only is there a huge demand for capable managers but the challenge to their professional skills is at its toughest.
What makes a capable manager?
- Efficient resource management (especially HRM)
- Practical thinking and situationally apt decision making
- Vibrant and extremely positive persona
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Logically independent yet inculcated with team spirit.
