SOHM secured 2nd position in Bastille Day Culinary Contest hosted by Novotel, Lucknow
Proud Moment for School of Hotel Management! 🇫🇷👨‍🍳👩‍🍳
Our talented students from the School of Hotel Management, Babu Banarasi Das University, Lucknow participated in the Bastille Day Culinary Contest hosted by Novotel Lucknow on 14th July 2025 as part of the French National Day celebrations.
Competing against top culinary institutes across the city, our students —
🥈 Mr. Sarthak (BHMCT II Year)
🥈 Ms. Ritika (BHMCT III Year)
secured the Second Position, impressing the judges with their outstanding French bakery item, dessert, and cold salad, all prepared within a tight two-hour window!
Guided by Chef Mohit Singh and Chef (Dr.) Sandeep Kumar Singh, our budding chefs showcased exceptional culinary artistry, teamwork, and time management.
