The School of Engineering, BBD University, in collaboration with the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society – Uttar Pradesh Section, successfully organized “Smart Designing with Generative AI” on September 15, 2025, to celebrate Engineer’s Day.
This AI-powered design competition aimed to test prompt engineering skills and encourage students to adopt “Learning by Doing” through experiential learning. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, with students showcasing creativity, innovation, and practical applications of Generative AI in engineering design.
Organized by the Innosphere–SOE Student Forum, the program highlighted the role of emerging technologies in shaping the future of engineering and provided students with a platform to engage in hands-on learning.
