The School of Hotel Management (SoHM), BBD University, in collaboration with the KFC team, conducted a 4 days Mega workshop in KFC, Crown Mall, Lucknow, from 21st October to 24 October ,2024. The sessions in the mega workshop focused on Point of sale (POS) working process and kitchen Management in retail outlets which enhanced students’ practical skills for the hospitality industry.
