 Workshop on NEP-2020

A workshop on NEP-2020 was organized by the BBD University on 19th March 2025 and completed successfully. In the workshop, two sessions were organized for faculty members in the morning and one session for the students of BBD University in the afternoon. In all the sessions, Prof. (Dr.) N. K. Chadha, Former Professor & Head, Department of Psychology, University of Delhi was the eminent speaker. The NEP 2020 emphasizes the need for accessible, flexible, and quality education that can cater to the diverse needs of learners and the changing job market. MOOCs offer a promising platform for delivering accessible and flexible education to a broader range of students. In addition to the importance of MOOCs through SWAYAM platform, Prof. Chadha explained how self-awareness, identification of emotion, self-management, relationship management, etc. can make the teacher successful in classroom. While delivering lecture on NEP-2020 awareness for the students, Prof. Chadha also emphasized on career guidance and career counselling for the students.
