Keeping in mind the necessity of IIID this event aims to provide an overview of IIID, its objectives, programs, faculty, infrastructure, and its contribution to the field of interior design.
The following points were discussed about the objective and framework of IIID which are as follow:
- To offer high-quality education and training in interior design, equipping students with essential knowledge, skills, and industry-relevant expertise.
- To promote creativity, innovation, and critical thinking among students, enabling them to develop unique design solutions.
- To nurture a holistic understanding of interior design, considering the social, cultural, environmental, and technological aspects of the profession.
- To facilitate collaboration and networking opportunities between students, faculty, and industry professionals.
- To contribute to the growth and development of the interior design industry in India through research, consultancy, and industry partnerships.
Students of B.ID 2nd year &3rd year actively participated in the lecture. The session was surrounded by the question-and-answer round and further the vote of thanks was delivered by the Coordinator of the event
