Special Lecture on Behavioural and Soft Skills Training

The School of Education at Babu Banarasi Das University (BBDU) organized a thought-provoking online lecture focusing on "Soft Skills." on April 26, 2024, for the students of B.Ed. semesters II and IV and the research scholars of the school of education. The lecture aimed to enlighten participants about the significance of soft skills in personal and professional development. The lecture commenced with an introduction to the concept of soft skills and their relevance in today's competitive world. Dr. Dori Lal sir, from Jamila Milia Islamia, New Delhi, shared his expertise on different aspects of soft skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork, adaptability, and leadership, and provided valuable insights into the role of soft skills in career advancement and personal growth.
