INNOSPHERE STUDENT FORUM

Innosphere is a student-led technical forum of the School of Engineering, BBD University that promotes innovation, excellence, hands-on learning, and collaboration among engineering students. Working with the tagline “Engineering with Innovation,”the forum serves as anexcellent platform where students come together to ideate, build, and lead impactful projects and initiatives.The forum organizes a wide range of activities, including technical workshops, coding competitions, expert talks, hackathons, industrial visits, and peer-led knowledge-sharing sessions.

Aims and Objectives

Aims:

• To develop a platform of innovation, creativity, and technical excellencefor students.
• To establishan environment for students to explore, experiment, and execute ideas beyond the curriculum.
• To identify and fill the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications through hands-on learning.
• To promotecollaborative learning and encourage interdisciplinary project work and discussions.

Objectives:

• Organize technical events such as coding contests, hackathons, project expos, and tech quizzes to enhance problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on emerging technologies like AI, IoT, cloud computing, robotics, and blockchain.
• Interaction with industry experts and academic leaders through guest lectures, panel discussions, and mentorship programs.
• Promote student-led innovation projects and provide guidance for research publications and patent filings.
• Encourage participation in national and international competitions, conferences, and innovation challenges.
• Create a knowledge-sharing culture through peer-learning sessions, study groups, and technical clubs.
