Introduction
The School of Architecture & Planning, Babu Banarasi Das University organized an Expert Lecture on “Modern Framework & Techniques in Real Estate and Architectural Practices for Urban Land Development” on 13th March 2026. The key note speaker of the event was Ar. Sandeep Saraswat,Renowned Architect and Founder of Srijan Srishti, Chairman IIA UP Chapter, Co-Chairman IGBC Lucknow Chapter, and Past Chairman IIID LRC.
The lecture was conducted with the objective of providing students with practical insights into contemporary real estate development practices and the evolving role of architects in urban land development.
