Brief Description of Event:
A workshop was organized by the School of Architecture and Planning, BBD University on 22nd and 23rd of September, 2023 for IIID Arts & Craft festival.
Students got aware of how a fountain works and as the theme of this workshop was based on famous architects and their philosophy, students learn about architect’s concept and build their own version in the form of a water fountain.
44 students of B.ID &B.ARCH participated in different groups and 2 student co-ordinated the workshop.
Workshop started with details, like- groups, theme, materials they will use and how a fountain works . Then students were asked to draw sketchs of their design. Each group discussed about their with Dean Sir, Anil sir and Amit sir.
Students worked on their fountain for two days , they learn a lot from this workshop about concept , them , scale, modeling, about the materials they were using.
On 30th September 2023 fountain were displayed for the ARTS & CRAFT FESTIVAL at Hilton Garden Inn.
