The School of Hotel Management (SoHM) in collaboration with the School of Agricultural Sciences (SoAS), BBD University, Lucknow, successfully organized a Five-Day Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Value Addition & Processing of Fruits and Vegetables: Techniques for Jam, Jelly, Marmalade and Beverage Production” from 9–13 March 2026.
