Modern Coach Factory, Raebareli, Industrial Visit, 16 February 2019

An industrial visit to Modern Coach Factory, Raebareli was organised on 16 february 2019 for undergraduate management students and was initiated by AKS forum. This is Asia’s first automated factory of its own kind. This factory has produced Humsafar coach & Deendayal Coach apart from LHV coaches. Coaches of Metro train and semi bullet train will also be produced in this factory. Factory has produced more than 1400 coaches last year and have target to produce 1500 coaches this year. A group of 49 BBA students of SOM visited the factory. The visit was productive as it allowed students to understand how concepts can be merged with the practicals to deliver desired outcomes.
