The Department of Mass Communication at BBD University organized a three-day event called Bioscope. During the event, students were given the responsibility of managing various activities. Among these, BAJMC and MAJMC students organized a Rangoli competition called “City of Pallets”. This competition invited students from the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication to showcase their creativity in Rangoli., depicting their favorite festival using the colors and techniques of Rangoli. Participants demonstrated their creativity by depicting the key elements and prime deity of the festival. The event was arranged to help students understand the roots and rituals of their region, as well as to learn about different festivals celebrated across the country. The event received a good number of participants and was considered a successful part of the Bioscope event.
