Better Kitchen Culinary Challenge Season 7

The School of Hotel Management, BBD University, Lucknow, proudly hosted the Everest Better Kitchen Culinary Challenge (BKC) Season 7, one of India’s largest culinary competitions. The prestigious event celebrated the fusion of Indian flavors and innovative culinary ideas under the theme “Bharat ke Swaad aur Nai Soch ka Utsav”

The competition provided an extraordinary platform for budding hoteliers and hospitality students to demonstrate their creativity, innovation and professional skills. It also bridged the gap between academia and industry, preparing students for global internships, higher studies and career opportunities.
