Professor Sri Krishna Srivastava is a distinguished academician and a visionary leader in higher education and possesses rich administrative & academic experience. Prof. Srivastava has joined as the Vice Chancellor, Babu Banarsi Das University, Lucknow, U.P. in August 2025 and brought a dynamic and innovative approach to institutional leadership. Prof. Srivastava has earlier served as the Vice Chancellor, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong, Meghalaya(a premier Central University), during the period 2015-2021 where he successfully provided strategic leadership to the University.
