Companies visit the campus to conduct pre-placement talks. These sessions help students understand the recruiting organizations and available opportunities. Students also get a chance to interact with company representatives and learn about the work culture, enabling them to decide whether to apply.
Interested students submit their resumes either directly after the company presentation or to the Placement Committee if companies request resumes prior to campus visits.
Companies inform the Placement Committee about their recruitment procedures such as Group Discussions, Case Studies, Personal Interviews, and written tests. After the selection process, selected candidates are announced on campus and appointment letters are issued. The Placement and CRC team remains open to innovative ideas to strengthen recruiter relationships.
Based on resumes and academic records, companies prepare a list of eligible candidates and inform the Placement Committee in advance.
